At the heart of Jugnu’s culinary magic is Chef Ajay Chopra, who brings age-old traditions and regional flavors to life – from North India’s 'shaadi waali' aloo gobhi to the Mangalorean ghee roast and Khandeshi mutton raan.
Our cocktails, curated in association with Mohammad Ali, are playful blends of Indian ingredients with global flair – think pistachio-cardamom orgeat, kokum & jasmine, and curry leaf with cucumber wine cordial.
